Information we collect

Merchant and partner account names, email addresses, mobile numbers, shop profile and catalogue content, submitted payment details and basic usage/analytics events necessary to operate the service. Passwords are stored as hashes, not plaintext.

Why we process information

To create and manage accounts and storefronts, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, administer subscriptions and referrals, provide support and send service-related notices. Product details and merchant business contacts may be visible publicly on their storefronts.

Service providers and sharing

Hosting, database, object storage and transactional email providers process data to deliver the service. Public storefront details can be viewed and shared by visitors. We do not sell merchant account data to advertisers.

Retention, security and requests

We retain account, payment, audit and catalogue information as required for service operations, legitimate records and applicable law. Access is role-restricted, and transport encryption is required in production. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support; some financial or security records may need to be retained.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication uses essential session cookies. Storefront analytics record visits and interactions to help merchants understand interest. Browser and device data can be involved in anti-abuse controls.
